Angah at MARUDI

Alhamdulillah, I was safely arrived at MARUDI on p.m 10th Feb. I have to be here for 2 weeks, learned and observed on the 2D seismic acquisition operated by NIPPON OIL EXPLORATION, one of the biggest oil and gas company in JAPAN.

MARUDI town, is about 1hr journey ,drive from MIRI and 20 min if via plane. MARUDI is more a less like our hometown,  Bagan Datoh. It’s a small town but very peaceful and far from a hassle.I’ve being here for 4 days and I got an activity scheduled by NIPPON’s coordinator trainee everyday. The activity will be starting everyday as early as 6am. We went to the field by 4 wheel drive vehicle , transit via ferry and we’ve crossed Sg Baram and finally went to the field using a speed boat. It’s a very an interesting experienced and I, would definitely gain the knowledge as much as possible.

I’ll post the picture later!
